Mayland Cabinets make an effort to maintain the quality of our cabinets products that meet with our customer’s satisfaction. Mayland Cabinets hereby warrants to the First and Original Purchaser for a 5-Year warranty of the original date of purchase. During this warranty period, Mayland Cabinets will offer free replacement for all our merchandises at our option, from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential usage. This warranty does not include service, labor, or transportation charges related to improper installation, storage, misuses or neglect. This warranty is non-transferable.
WARRANTY COVERAGE INFORMATION
This warranty is expressly limited to the first and original buyer and is not transferable thereafter. In no event shall Mayland be liable for incidental or consequential damages to the purchaser or to any third party, including, without limitation, damages arising from personal injury, lost profits, loss of business opportunity or otherwise. This warranty may or may not apply to you, which vary from state to state.
This warranty is particularly limited to REPLACEMENT only for the period of SIX TO TWELVE ( 6 – 12 ) WEEKS of the original date of your purchase.
This warranty does not cover the natural aging or darkening of wood color, or extend to defects caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, non-residential use, or improper , installation, storage, or handling.
Natural woods may vary in color , texture and grain, and exhibit subtle changes as they age. For instance that wood joints in our kitchen cabinets may have visible cracking around the joint area and cabinet colors may darken or lighten overtime. Other environmental conditions, such as the sunlight, smoke, moisture, household cleaners, may cause materials to vary from their original color and/or to crack ,warp or split. These variations of wood are considered to be the nature of the material in relation to their environmental exposure and are NOT covered under this warranty. The purchaser be in agreement to let doors that are warped or have panel shrinkage ¼ or less to hang through TWO ( 2 ) seasons, which are the Spring and Summer, before replacement will be made. Typically, the doors or drawers will return to its normal flat position once it is acclimated to its temperature and humidity environment condition. Prior to requesting a replacement, please be sure that the problem is not an installation deficiency.
Since this kitchen cabinet warranty is expressly limited to our customer, who is the first and original buyer, and is not transferable thereafter. All claims for defective cabinets and accessories must be submitted to Mayland Cabinets by connect with us at (800)518-0777 and you must verify your account information, and also must specify the defects present in the cabinets and accessories. Since this warranty does not include service, labor, or transportation charges related to our warranty services, you must bring the cabinets and/or accessories to one of Mayland Cabinets Warehouses yourself. Besides, A copy of the original purchaser’s Invoice must be submitted with all claims to preserve the rights under this warranty, when you come to any of Mayland Cabinets warehouses. No replacements may be made without prior called consent.
After Mayland Cabinets has had an opportunity to inspect the cabinets and accessories, we will either replace defective cabinets and accessories or repair any defects in our cabinets and accessories at our discretion.
ADDITIONAL SPECIAL DISCLAIMERS
Since no two trees are the same, and wood is a unique material with natural stain variations in grain, texture, and color. These kind of variations may also cause considerable differences between old samples and new cabinets. Please notice that newly produced cabinets will never be the same color as aged samples or aged cabinets.
This warranty is the sole warranty of Mayland Cabinets. No dealer or contractor of Mayland Cabinets has any authority to change or enlarge the warranty all above or Mayland Cabinets Responsibility.
Kindly reminders to the final customer( the public ). Since Mayland Cabinets is not open to the public, we only deal with our customers who have account with us. If you have any questions or problems about your cabinets and/or accessories from Mayland Cabinets. You should keep your original copy of your purchase receipt, and submitted with all claims to your dealer or your contractor. And Let THEM connect with Mayland according to the warranty above. To the extent permitted by law, this warranty does not cover special, incidental or consequential damages (such as labor expenses) whether arising out of breach of warranty, breach of contract, tort, or otherwise.
